Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research of describe concerning usage of coordinate conjunction inNewspaper of Riau Pos, Tribun Pekanbaru, Pekanbaru Pos, MX, Koran Riau, Metro Riau, InfoRiau, Harian Detil, Harian Vokal, dan Media Riau. Intention of this research that is for thedescribe of accuracy of usage of coordinate conjunction in media print in Pekanbaru. ThisResearch represent descriptive research qualitative. Result of this research refer at researchtarget and formula. Known that in the newspaper found by a number of used coordinateconjunction, that is, more than anything else, or, and, only, later;then is, last, though, while, andalso, but, that is, namely. Amount of coordinate conjunction the used to amount to 346 data.Amount of coordinate conjunction which its use have precisely amounted to 306 data, whileimprecise amount to 40 data. Percentage of its accuracy that is 88,44%.
